In full accordance with Clause 13(2) of the Motor Vehicles Aggregator Guidelines (MVAG) 2020, rider cancellation fees are strictly capped at 10% of the base fare, not exceeding ₹100. If you cancel within 5 minutes of booking, or if the driver delays arrival by more than 5 minutes past the estimated ETA, cancellation is 100% FREE.
